At Kildare, we support not only the learning of our students, but the professional development of our staff.
Our Kildare Graduate Program is designed to assist Early Career Teachers (ECTs) in transitioning into competent, capable, confident and dynamic professionals, with the support of their teacher mentor at Kildare.
