This beautiful gesture, combined with an inter-house, Year 7 and 12 tunnel ball challenge, and a feast of sweets made it a memorable time of connection for all.
'Reading is Magic', the CBCA Book Week theme for 2024, was celebrated today through our annual Book Week Parade!

National Science Week was celebrated last week at Kildare, culminating in our Year 12 students, Shamsieh, Pushti and Maddie participating in the South Australian Chemistry Titration Competition!
At Kildare, students engaged in activities that focused on 'Species Survival' including a scavenger hunt and whale snot analysis. At the titration competition, our students had to titrate potassium hydrogen phthalate (KHP) against sodium hydroxide to determine the number of moles of KHP in an unknown sample. Shamsieh received a gold award with only 0.2% error. Pushti received silver with an error of 1.2% and Maddie also received silver with an error of 1.5%.To receive a gold award students had to get under 1% error which indicates great accuracy in their technique. Congratulations!
