How do you make the perfect scone?

Year 7 students enjoyed the opportunity to cook for the first time in our contempory kitchens.Their challenge was to make lemonade scones. The scones were scored on height, colour and texture. 

The student were able to tasteand enjoy their scones with jam and cream

They were all delighted with the finished products and will now be able to cook for their families.
