We have a busy calendar of Performing Arts events coming up in the next few weeks and we would love to see our Kildare College community in attendance at the COVID safe events.
Rehearsals have been in full swing for the 80s Mixtape Dance Production which will be presented this week, on Wednesday 1 September and Thursday 2 September at Tandanya. Shake off the legwarmers, hit play on the Walkman and join our dancers as they celebrate the 80s!
Our Music students are also taking a step back in time to present a showcase of 70s music for your listening pleasure (and a bit of hum-along nostalgia). The Brigidine Centre will be transformed into a live music venue on the evenings of Tuesday 14 September and Wednesday 15 September - relive your earlier years…or experience the 70s for the first time!! Grab your tickets at: https://www.trybooking.com/BTOUS
The Senior Drama class have been working hard to perfect their stage presence so audiences can enjoy 'I’m Not Henry Lawson’s Mother' at The Parks Theatre on the evenings of Thursday 16 September and Friday 17 September. Purchase your tickets at: https://www.trybooking.com/BTQXU
To our wonderful student performers, your efforts and talents are very much noticed and appreciated, thank you! And the enthusiasm and dedication of Ms Sue Nairn, Ms Julia Horne, Mr Russell McGlone, Mrs Hannah King, Ms Carolina Salvo and all supporting staff are present in everything that is performed. To our Kildare College community thank you for supporting Performing Arts at Kildare College and we look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events!
