Two Kildare College Year 10 students, Madeleine Corner and Lorelai Smith are competing in the National Sprint Kayaking Championships which are held at West Lakes from the 19 - 23 May 2021.
This is a major event in the National calendar and doubles as the last regatta before some competitors to head to Tokyo and the Olympic Games. The students have been training very hard and are looking forward to competing and being considered for the World Cup/championship teams including the Olympic Reserves.
