Each week our Year 9 Food Technology students have taken on the challenge of learning a completely new cooking technique. So far, they have mastered rolling sushi, folding dumplings and much more.
This week they enjoyed making egg pasta from scratch, which involved meticulously kneading and rolling the dough. While this process is time consuming and requires a lot of effort, the results were delicious fresh pasta that the students thoroughly enjoyed.
