The Year 11 Outdoor Education students went on a three day hike to the Mt. Crawford area. Over the three days the students managed to hike over 35km over terrain that continued to rise and fall. They were required to carry all their equipment including food, tent, cooking stove and clothes.
After a very cold first night, where the temperature fell to 0.8 degrees the students were eager to get moving and warm up on the second day.
During the trip they successfully climbed Mt. Crawford and walked to the top of the fire lookout to see the wonderful surrounds of the area and were able to take these in during their lunch break.
